Come join us on Sunday to refresh your skills. You'll review and practice what you learned on Sunday at your original workshop. You'll also be videotaped so you can see where you've improved and where you still have room for improvement. This workshop is only available to swimmers who have previously completed a weekend workshop or the equivalent amount of private instruction with a TI Coach.
